specifically the part at 0:46 made my ears perk up while studying.
idk, i’m all but certain this is human made, since:
- Lofi Records / Lofi Girl has a “no AI” policy, and even if they were lying, i assume they would have been called out for it by now (not that i’ve checked extensively),
- it sounds like a variation of spitfire lab’s “soft piano” plugin, and,
- this website said so:
but then again like, i kinda hate how i can’t really find anything on the internet about almost any lofi artist i come across. like, all i have is this person’s spotify bio:
idk, like, this might be conspiracy territory, but maybe a only a few people just mass produce all of the music for the record, and they just slap various aliases onto them? i really don’t know
but maybe these people just simply are reclusive on the internet
